Fit Moms for Life review and giveaway

Like many moms out there I found that after I had my boys I was overweight and  really didn't have as much energy as I once did.  I found myself yo-yo dieting which instead of loosing I would actually gain and that would make me feel even more self conscious about myself. I have friends that have two or more kids and they look like they have never even had one and I would always tell them how lucky they were that they didn't have to struggle like I did.

I recently have decided to take control of my weight as I have started using Sensa, stopped drinking caffeine, and  eating so many sweets. I did find I had a lot more energy and played with my boys more than I used to. When I had the opportunity to review Fit Moms for Life: How to Have Endless Energy to Outplay Your Kids by Dustin Maher  I was excited because I knew that a little help and encouragement goes a long way. One thing I noticed is how upbeat and positive the book is because it is so hard to stick to a weight loss program.  This is not one of those quick fix diet fads that does more harm than good it is a program to help you get fit and stay fit.

There are five pillars in the book to help you loose weight and they are Mindset, Nutrition, Strength Training, Burst Training, and Environment. Each pillar is designed for you to reach your maxim potential and loose the weight! Fit for Moms isn't just for mothers it is for all women.  Dustin Maher says:

  • Traditional Cardio Doesn’t Lose Fat
  • You Can’t Work Out to Compensate for Poor Eating
  • See Results 9 Times Faster With Burst Training
  • Learn ONE Exercise That Shrinks a Waistline WITHOUT diet changes
  • Burn Fat While You Sleep
  • A Healthy Environment Equals A More Fit Family
Inside the book you are able to see pictures and read before and after stories of women to have successfully kept off the weight thanks to Fit Moms for Life: How to Have Endless Energy to Outplay Your Kids.
